The AQSE Growth Market

The AQSE Growth Market is a multilateral trading facility with a flexible approach that makes it more suitable for SME companies seeking access to investment than the AQSE Main Market, a pan-European trading system designed to rival the FTSE 100.

The Growth Market is divided into two segments – Access and Apex – with different levels of admission criteria appropriate to different stages of a company’s growth cycle. The Access market focuses on earlier stage growth companies and is a good stepping stone to other markets, while Apex is the intended market for larger, more established businesses.

Why list on AQSE Growth Market?

  • Ability to move very quickly, with an approximate timeline of 8-12 weeks from the beginning of the process to listing
  • AQSE-listed companies only require a Corporate Adviser – a much less expensive option in comparison to AIM-listed companies that are required to appoint a Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) and a Broker, adding bureaucracy and significant listing and professional fees.
  • Suits entrepreneurial companies seeking a faster listing with lower ongoing obligations and costs

Suitable for companies with:

  • A minimum free float of 10%
  • 24 months of audited accounts (or since incorporation, whichever is shorter)
  • At least one non-executive director
