The Company is pleased to announce that at the AGM of the Company held on 20 June 2018 all of the resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting that was set out in a circular to shareholders dated 29 May 2018 were duly passed.

The following directors stood for re-election and were duly re-elected by the shareholders of the Company: Brian Stockbridge, Aimee Ayn Freeding, Colin Maltby, Shane Young Perry, Mattie Rice and Thomas Bryce Dignall.
